In der Schneckengrünschen Werkstatt bleiben hin und wieder ein paar Stoffreste übrig, die ich fleißig sammle um sie später bei diversen Bastelanfällen unterm Nähtisch wieder hervor zu holen 😉
Da es ja nun schon gefühlt 15Uhr dunkel draußen wird und der Nachwuchs nach Beschäftigung schreit, haben wir uns neulich dafür entschieden, Weihnachtsbäume zu basteln… Und zwar aus den besagten Stoffresten.
Außerdem braucht ihr noch:
- eine Schere (am besten einen Stoffschere)
- Unterlegscheiben (aus Holz, Ton…)
- einen Stift
- Füllmaterial (z. Bsp. Watte, ein altes IKEA Kissen oder noch mehr Stoffreste 😉 )
- Stöcke (vom letzten Sturm wahrscheinlich überall zur Genüge vorhanden)
- Heißleim Pistole (bitte nur von den Erwachsenen anzuwenden!)
- Deko (Perlen, Knöpfe, Glitzersteine…)
- und eine Nähmaschiene (oder ihr näht mit der Hand zu… dauert nur länger)
Und schon gehts los… Zuerst zeichnet ihr euch ein Dreieck auf euren Stoffrest (wenn ihr diesen doppelt legt, braucht ihr nur einmal aufzeichnen) und schneidet dieses aus. Wenn ihr die Ecken ein klein wenig abrundet, könnt ihr diese nach dem Wenden besser ausformen. Ich habe mir vorher eine Schablone aus Pappe gemacht. Die Größe bleibt euch überlassen. Auf dem Bild seht ihr ein Beispiel von mir 😉
Nun näht ihr das ausgeschnittene Dreieck mit ca. 1cm Abstand zum Rand mit einem Geradstich zusammen. Wichtig: lasst mittig an der unteren Seite eine kleine Wendeöffnung (ca. 3cm). Damit ihr die Ecken bzw. Rundungen besser ausformen könnt, diese wie abgebildet etwas einschneiden. Seid dabei aber vorsichtig, dass ihr nicht die Naht einscheidet. Nun wendet ihr das gute Stück.
Bei uns wurde jetzt ein altes IKEA Kissen geopfert und aufgeschnitten.
Aber liebe Kinder, bitte fragt eure Eltern bevor ihr das zu Hause macht!!!
Die freigelegte Füllung wird sorgfältig durch die vorhandene Öffnung in das Dreieck gestopft. Jetzt noch fix in den Garten gerannt und ein geeignetes Stöckchen gesucht und dieses in die Öffnung gesteckt. Schon sehen die Dreiecke wie kleine Bäumchen aus 🙂
Damit die Bäumchen nicht umkippen, klebt ihr diese (am besten mit Heißleim) auf einen Untergrund. Ich habe dafür Holzscheiben verwendet. Findet ihr zur Zeit überall (Nanu Nana, Depot, Baumarkt….). Kurz festdrücken, fertig. Sollte nun alleine stehen können.
Zu guter letzt wird das Bäumchen noch geschmückt. Dabei ist eurer Fantasie keine Grenze gesetzt.
